Are you our new Head of Project Management?

At Enversion, we're looking for a new Head of Project Management to drive the development of more intelligent, more appealing, and more valuable solutions to big problems in the field of health tech. We have a strong history of combining data, research, and design, and we are always market-orientated in our approach. You will be managing the entire lifecycle of the projects and solutions and steering the direction of "when" and "how" to move forward.

Your job will help our current and future partners achieve their goals through life-changing projects and solutions. To do so, you will be working alongside a highly specialized team of data engineers and scientists, industry-specific researchers, experienced designers, and market-orientated specialists on an ambitious journey, expanding nationally and internationally.

- drive the generation of ideas for potential solutions with a cross-functional expert team of users, strategists, designers, and solution architects and ensure motivation across disciplines

- coordinate and support tests to validate ideas against commercial, design, and technology criteria for assessing their suitability

- identify opportunities with partners, help write proposals and support the closing of contracts

- create elaborated project scopes, including timelines, project content, and overview of resources

- be responsible for planning and overseeing the development of projects and solutions to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget

- communicate with relevant partners to keep the project aligned with their goals and expectations

- create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

- have a robust toolbox of project management strategies, roadmaps, etc. from previous experiences

- have a proven track record of successful development of digital projects and products

- get a buzz from being with people and have outstanding teamwork skills

- have excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management

- have management experience, including distance management

It will be a big plus if you have experience from public and private collaborations, health tech scale-ups, and/or pharma companies.
